It depends on the project, but the path is always the same: conversation, quote, home visit, then design and a fixed price. Once you sign off the design we confirm firm dates for making and fitting, so you always know what is happening next.
Every project is quoted individually - there is no templated pricing. Tell us about the space and we'll send a guide price within 2-3 days. Once the design is signed off you get a fixed price, and that is the figure you pay.
Every project is guaranteed. The first year is fully covered, parts and labour, on everything we make and fit. The cabinetry we build is guaranteed for ten years against construction defects. We also include one free settling-in visit in the first six months, to adjust doors and drawers as they ease into everyday use. Fittings and hardware - hinges, runners, lighting and handles - carry their manufacturers' own guarantees, many of them lifetime. Full written terms are provided with your quote.
